Peloton is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our international leadership team, based at our London Headquarters. This isn’t just about managing a calendar; it’s about being a diligent, high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Own complex domestic and international travel and execute high-detail calendar management for the Vice President, International and other executives as needed. You’ll proactively resolve conflicts, prioritise critical engagements, and provide daily schedule briefs to keep leadership focused.
- Lead the end-to-end organisation of internal and external meetings across international markets - from securing venues and catering to preparing agendas, materials and follow-up action items that ensure a high level of efficiency and execution.
- Partner with the International Leadership Team to drive the business and strategic agenda, ensuring that what is agreed upon is delivered, interacting with senior leaders and with external stakeholders, including customers, and strategic partners.
- Take ownership of key deliverables and structuring work to achieve goals, seeing the big picture and prioritising accordingly.
- Organise the planning and execution of executive visits to London (and other International markets) to deliver tailored itineraries, in partnership with other global Executive Assistants.
- Partner with the Global Executive Assistant team to serve as key information flow between International and US offices.
- Draft internal communications, support presentations and maintain distribution lists. Lead the logistics and planning of the monthly international all-team meeting, coordinating with the Communications team to align on final content.
- Streamline the executive office by managing expense reports, vendor invoicing, and purchase requisitions, while handling general office duties and occasional personal requests with total discretion.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with internal teams and global partners. You’ll anticipate efficiency gaps before they arise and use cultural nuance to delight every stakeholder you encounter.
