As a Studio Experience Associate, you will be the heartbeat of the member journey, ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels the power of the Peloton community. Your Daily Impact
- Elevated Member Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, providing elite hospitality from check‑in to post‑class meet‑and‑greets. You’ll lead studio tours, handle queries with poise, and manage “surprise and delight” moments like milestones and swag bags.
- Studio Operations & Production Support: Drive the energy of our live productions by managing class occupancy, standby lists, and audience placement. You’ll work seamlessly with the production team to ensure every class is full, high‑energy, and runs according to studio safety standards.
- System & Admin Mastery: Navigate our digital ecosystem (TeamUp, G‑Suite, Slack) to manage bookings, troubleshoot account issues, and maintain studio logs with precision.
- Collaborative Versatility: Support the wider team on diverse activations, including corporate bookings, special events, and miscellaneous administrative tasks to keep the studio running at peak performance.
You Bring to Peloton
- Hospitality Pro: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality with a “member‑first” philosophy and a genuine interest in the health and fitness industry.
- Dynamic Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional etiquette across all platforms—in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude who can prioritize tasks and pivot quickly in a high‑intensity, fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Savvy: Reliable, computer literate, and ready to master various software systems.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to support the needs of a global production schedule, including early mornings (5 AM), late nights (10 PM), weekends, and holidays.
Note: Part‑time roles require a minimum of 3 days of availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
