We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our global yachting team as a Charter Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of booking charters, including developing and managing new yacht business and partnerships to support brand marketing efforts and achieve customer acquisition and sales objectives. You will establish and manage a pipeline and method for revenue generation, with the ability to close inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and maintain a network of clients and partners.

To excel in this role, you must have a background in the yacht industry and experience as a yacht charter broker. A proven track record of generating revenue and achieving targets is essential. An established network of industry contacts, particularly yacht clients, is highly beneficial. You should also have experience working in fast-paced environments that require focused prioritisation.

Pelorus is primarily UK-based, with offices in London and teams across the globe in the US, Monaco, and Europe.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage existing clients and industry partners to enhance lead generation.
  • Oversee all aspects of the charter process, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships and possess in-depth knowledge of best-in-class yachts worldwide.
  • Represent Pelorus Yachting at key industry events, ensuring the company's presence and visibility.
  • Collaborate with a fast-moving, young, dynamic, and highly motivated team.
