Pell Frischmann is a specialist advisory and technical consultancy operating across the built and natural environment. The firm helps shape better futures for communities by providing consultancy services supported by sister companies and partners, to both public and private‑sector clients. Services span buildings, infrastructure and regeneration projects across the UK.
Founded in 1926, Pell Frischmann brings a heritage of client‑focused solutions that deliver value through commercial awareness, sustainable aspirations and innovative practice. It is part of RSBG SE, the patient‑capital investment arm of RAG‑Stiftung, whose mission is to generate sustainable funds to address the environmental and social commitments arising from the closure of Germany’s coal mining industry.
