Key Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead on complex projects and major work packages.
- Provide technical assurance and oversee compliance with standards.
- Manage and mentor engineers and technicians.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Civil or Structural Engineering degree, or apprenticeship; Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (ICE/IStructE).
- Postgraduate technical specialism.
Experience
- Significant consultancy experience leading bridge design/assessment projects.
- Experience delivering major UK infrastructure or frameworks.
Skills
- Leadership, technical expertise, QA, stakeholder engagement.
- Bid leadership, business development, or technical innovation.
