Role Overview
Based in one of the offices in Croydon, Exeter, Manchester or Sunderland, you will join the Water Sector team, delivering design expertise in collaboration with major UK water companies. The role supports multidisciplinary design schemes and assists the delivery of projects across the sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform technical or professional work activities to assure delivery that meets client requirements and complies with relevant standards.
- Collate plans and schedules and monitor work to meet deadlines, quality assurance and other contractual requirements.
- Liaise and engage with clients and third parties as required.
- Take a leading role in promoting health, safety, welfare and sustainability/environmental matters in all areas of your work.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalently relevant experience.
- Chartered/Incoperated or working towards this qualification.
- Full driving licence.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience working for water industry clients.
- Relevant design experience.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CAD / Revit and working knowledge of BIM.
- Working knowledge of sustainable practices.
- Experience with hydraulic calculations.
