We are seeking an Associate Director β Bridges to strategically lead our Birmingham-based bridges team. This role blends technical excellence, project leadership, client engagement, and commercial oversight. You will shape discipline direction, support talent development, and play a central part in winning, delivering, and growing our bridge engineering portfolio.

Role based in Luton. Full UK driving licence essential. Full UK Right to Work required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for the Luton bridges team.
- Lead major projects and multidisciplinary design commissions.
- Oversee technical excellence, governance and commercial performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor senior engineers and support team capability growth.
- Contribute to bids, frameworks and pipeline development.
- Essential Qualifications β Chartered Engineer (ICE/IStructE). Fellowship (FICE/FIStructE).
- Experience β Extensive consultancy experience leading major bridge infrastructure projects. Track record in business development or framework leadership.
- Skills β Strategic leadership, commercial management, stakeholder engagement. Expertise in digital engineering or sustainability leadership.
