As part of our 2025 Early Career programme we are looking to hire an Ecology Graduate.
About the role
You will be joining a hardworking and experienced team specialising predominantly on Ecology projects. You will be ensuring that ourselves and our clients are upholding responsible practices for wildlife habitats and the environment across the UK.
The team works collaboratively across the UK and you would be based in either the Exeter or Luton offices. You will have the opportunity to work on many key projects in the Environment sector.
On joining Pell Frischmann, you will become part of an expert, multidisciplinary team where you will gain training and experience in your chosen specialism.
Additionally, you will be enrolled onto our 2 year Graduate programme. This exciting programme is built around the competence requirements of professional institutions and is a great way to kick start your career. You will have the opportunity to network with other graduates across the Group and develop key skills such as project management, business, and personal effectiveness.
Main duties
- Learn and develop survey, analysis, and reporting skills in accordance with good practice guidance, ecological legislation, and the Pell Frischmann internal quality systems.
- Supporting contaminated land assessment work.
- Climate change and carbon work.
- Ecological impact assessment work.
- Be active on projects, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
