The Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Entry-Level Operations Assistant based in Glasgow. In this role, you will support new customer onboarding, handle customer and billing enquiries, manage SIM inventory and collaborate closely with teams across Pelion to ensure the Operations function is consistently represented to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage SIM card dispatch, provisioning and overall inventory control.
- Support new customer onboarding activities.
- Handle customer enquiries, including billing investigations and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate internal records and deliver clear, timely communication.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Experience with ticketing systems (Hubspot, Jira).
- Prior experience in operations, service desk or customer success roles.
