Peligoni is a family-run beach and lifestyle club in Greece, known for relaxed, confident hospitality and experiences that feel effortless rather than over-engineered.
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take senior ownership of food and drink across Peligoni, including multiple restaurants, bars and satellite dining sites. This role sits as part of the Club Leadership Team and carries full accountability for standards, performance and team culture across food and beverage. You’ll work closely with Executive Chef and the Club Restaurants & Events Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly, commercially and in a way that feels true to Peligoni.
Location & Working Week
Late-April to Early-November on-site in Zakynthos, Greece - 6 days per week. Winter months in our London or Cotswolds office - 4.5 days per week (Monday - Friday).
What you’ll be responsible for
- Overall leadership of food & beverage across the Club and satellite venues
- Setting, protecting and evolving service standards
- Commercial performance: revenue, margins, labour efficiency and cost control
- Developing and supporting strong seasonal managers and senior team members
- Ensuring food and drink feels seamless, well judged and true to Peligoni
