We’ll look for a Content Creator (Photo & Video) to capture and produce a range of visual content across Peligoni, Sand & Stone Escapes and Indigo Rock. This is more than a pure photography or videography role. We’re looking for someone who can both capture content and turn it into engaging, finished output, creating assets for social, campaigns and paid media. You’ll be responsible for shooting, styling and editing content across properties, lifestyle and locations from the Cotswolds to Greece, and using that content to create compelling platform‑ready assets. This includes everything from social posts and short‑form video to paid advertising creative and campaign content. You’ll work with and report to the Head of Social Content & PR to deliver content that is both creatively strong and commercially effective. This role requires someone who is confident working on location, able to travel regularly, and comfortable managing shoots independently. A full UK driving licence is essential. The role is ideally suited to someone based in the South West, with one day a week in our London office when not on shoots. A strong portfolio is essential, demonstrating experience in interior and lifestyle photography, alongside video and content creation.

- Edit and produce content for social, paid ads, website and campaigns
- Create content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Adapt content into multiple formats depending on channel and use
- Create and develop content for paid social campaigns based on performance insights and briefs
- Research competitor and industry ad trends, formats and creative approaches
- Contribute ideas, hooks and formats to improve content performance
- Support ongoing testing and iteration of ad creative
- Deliver ad‑hoc content based on briefs, while proactively suggesting new ideas
- Support social content creation when not on shoots (e.g. editing, Canva, repurposing assets)
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Stay up to date with trends, formats and platform best practices
- Bring new ideas and inspiration to content planning and campaigns
- Contribute to creative discussions and help shape how content comes to life
- Organise and maintain content libraries, drives and file structures
- Edit and optimise existing imagery and footage where needed
Skills & experience
- Strong photography and videography skills (shooting and editing)
- Experience creating content for social and digital platforms
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Good understanding of what makes content engaging and high‑performing
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
- Proactive, ideas‑driven and comfortable working independently
- A curiosity and will to embrace AI with the aim of improving efficiency and productivity, not to create content itself
What success looks like
- High‑quality, on‑brand content is delivered consistently across channels
- Ad and social content improves in engagement and performance
- New ideas and formats are regularly brought forward and tested
- Content output is efficient, organised and aligned to briefs
- Channels feel current, creative and visually strong
