Tucked away among fragrant herbs and vibrant bougainvillea, our rustic stone treatment rooms offer a calming retreat for guests seeking relaxation, rejuvenation and a touch of indulgence. /p p Our wellness offering is an important part of the guest experience, with massage being the most in-demand treatment throughout the season. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalised treatments in a peaceful environment where guests immediately feel at ease. /p p b About the Role /b /p p We’re looking for experienced and qualified Massage Beauty Therapists to join our team for the 2026 season. Massage is the most in-demand part of our wellness offering, so strong skills in deep tissue and Swedish massage are essential. Alongside this, you’ll deliver a range of beauty treatments including Dermalogica facials, body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, waxing and tinting. /p p You’ll create a warm, calming atmosphere, offer personalised treatments, and work independently in our beautiful stone treatment rooms while supporting the promotion of packages and pop-up wellness offerings throughout the summer. /p p b Key Responsibilities /b /p ul li Deliver a range of treatments, including deep tissue and Swedish massage, Dermalogica facials, exfoliating body scrubs, waxing, tinting and manicures/pedicures (including Shellac). /li li Create a soothing, welcoming and professional treatment experience. /li li Maintain beautifully presented treatment rooms with exceptional hygiene standards. /li li Manage equipment, product stock and treatment-room organisation. /li li Carry out each treatment to a high standard with attention to detail and guest comfort. /li li Promote treatment packages, upgrades and seasonal offerings. /li li Maintain an accurate online schedule and ensure correct billing. /li li Support wellness pop-up events as required. /li li Build warm, friendly relationships with guests and confidently communicate treatment options. /li li Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the club. /li /ul p b About You /b /p p You will be someone who is: /p ul li Highly skilled, professional and passionate about massage and beauty therapy. /li li Warm, friendly and able to make guests feel comfortable immediately. /li li Detail-focused and committed to delivering consistently high standards. /li li Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own treatment space. /li li A strong communicator who can explain treatments clearly and confidently. /li li Positive, proactive and happy to support the wider team. /li li Flexible and adaptable to the rhythm of a busy seasonal environment. /li /ul p b Essential Requirements /b /p ul li Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, or equivalent /li li Proven experience in deep tissue massage /li li Experience in pregnancy massage (desirable). /li li Proven experience in a spa or beauty environment /li li Strong experience with Shellac /li li Valid First Aid Certificate /li li Basic computer literacy /li li Experience working in a seasonal role (desirable) /li li UK/EU passport holder. /li /ul p b Why Join Us /b /p p As a Massage Beauty Therapist at The Peligoni Club, you’ll spend the summer working in a serene, outdoor setting, helping guests unwind and feel their best.
