We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take senior ownership of food and drink across Peligoni, including multiple restaurants, bars and satellite dining sites. This role sits as part of the Club Leadership Team and carries full accountability for standards, performance and team culture across food and beverage. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and the Club Restaurants & Events Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly, commercially and in a way that feels true to Peligoni.

Responsibilities- Overall leadership of food & beverage across the Club and satellite venues
- Setting, protecting and evolving service standards
- Commercial performance: revenue, margins, labour efficiency and cost control
- Developing and supporting strong seasonal managers and senior team members
- Ensuring food and drink feels seamless, well judged and true to Peligoni
- A senior hospitality leader with multi-venue experience
- Commercially confident and comfortable owning performance
