VTM Highway Services is seeking Trainee Operatives and experienced 12AB Traffic Management Operatives to join our Worcestershire team, with projects across the UK. You will help set up, maintain and remove temporary traffic-management systems, including signs, cones, barriers, lane closures and diversions.

We value dependability, safe working practices and the ability to travel to various project locations. Night or weekend work may be required as part of a flexible shift pattern.
