VTM Highway Services is seeking Trainee Operatives and experienced 12AB Traffic Management Operatives to join our Worcestershire-based team, with projects across the UK. You will help set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic-management layouts such as signs, cones, barriers, lane closures, road closures, and diversions.

Responsibilities include installing and removing layouts safely, following RAMS and site instructions, and reporting hazards.
