Pelican Bus + Coach is seeking an experienced Service Administration Manager to lead the Service Administration Team within the busy Aftersales Department. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accurate job processing, warranty administration, invoicing and customer communication while driving efficiency and compliance.
You will lead a team of Service and Warranty Administrators, coordinate with Workshop Controllers and Engineers, and manage supplier accounts and monthly settlements.
