The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking for an administrator to join our friendly external liaison team. You will liaise with our customers and be responsible for account administration before and after field team visits to our customers' properties.
What you'll do
- The role is interesting and varied, you will ensure accounts are updated accurately and record all relevant information surrounding field team visits.
- You will liaise with customers to ensure they can access our payment assistant schemes and social tariffs recognising signs of vulnerability.
- You will also build and maintain relationships with landlords and housing associations, interpret land registry and credit reference data to ensure we have correct occupier information.
We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a large organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities. The External Liaison administrator role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
