The predicted salary is between 29000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Nursery Manager for 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year to lead our nursery provision and provide outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‐to‐day operation of the nursery, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and staff, promoting an inclusive culture where each child is encouraged to achieve its full potential.
  • Implement and maintain the EYFS framework and high‐quality early years provision.
  • Develop and support staff through professional development, coaching and peer support.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are met and protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Trust's primary and SEND schools to meet the needs of all pupils and reduce gaps and disadvantage.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience in early childhood education leadership, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity.
  • Proficiency in spoken English sufficient for the role (as per Immigration Act 2016).
