We at PEI Group are looking for a UX Researcher to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London. PEI's customer insights professionals play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform our business decisions and enhance our customer experience. You will work within a cross-functional team to analyse customer data, develop insights, and provide recommendations that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, customer behaviour analysis, customer enquiry and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data from various sources (e.g., GA, Heap.io, Delighted NPS, Dovetail, CRM systems, surveys) to uncover trends, behaviours, and preferences.
  • Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate with the UX, Product Design and Data Science teams to design and implement customer segmentation models and predictive analytics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark our customer experience against industry standards.
  • Design and execute customer surveys, focus groups, and other quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather deeper insights into customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor customer metrics and KPIs.
  • Work with the cross functional team to develop and test hypotheses, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and data analytics.

About You Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer insight, data analytics, or a similar role in a digital company.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour analysis and market research methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer journey optimization is a plus.
