  • Be the senior face of PEI in the region – at client meetings, industry events and market visits
  • Bring first hand client insight back into regional strategy, coverage decisions and product conversations

  • Set a multi-year regional account strategy adapted to local market dynamics, client maturity and competitive context
  • Use satisfaction signals and early-warning indicators from Client Engagement, intervening personally on at-risk accounts

Strategic Team Leadership

  • Coach in the field, not just in reviews: join Account Managers on live client calls and negotiations to develop capability through example
  • Implement consistent frameworks for account planning, renewal forecasting, stakeholder engagement and value delivery
  • Own talent development, performance feedback and succession across the regional team
  • Allocate coverage strategically across pods, tiers and markets as the portfolio evolves

Growth Alignment & Commercial Collaboration

  • Drive account plan execution that supports expansion goals and aligns with product strategy
  • Coordinate with Commercial Acquisition to sequence expansion efforts and assign ownership
  • Embed greenfield insight into planning conversations to support multi-product strategies

Voice of the Client & Strategic Integration

  • Champion the client perspective in global account management forums and planning cycles
  • Report on renewal progress, risk accounts and cross-functional dependencies with insight drawn from direct client contact
  • Surface client feedback to inform product localization and market-specific development
