We are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join our high performing, diverse, and growing team based here in New York. The successful candidate will be working closely with key stakeholders in a growing portfolio across Market & World leading portfolio of events across Private Markets, Infrastructure and ESG. The ideal candidate is passionate about building deep client relationships and strengthening partnerships in order to drive sales and revenues, by focusing on exceptional client experience and linking value to the clientsβ needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Selling delegate places and network memberships over the phone to senior decision makers in the private equity sector, primarily into the Americas markets.
- Conduct product demos of membership platforms to private markets professionals.
- Delivering against daily/weekly/monthly targets tied to call activity, talk time, demos, and closed sales.
- Own KPI performance across the sales funnel, including demo volume, opportunity creation, and revenue conversion.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and key selling points in both written and verbal outreach.
- Working closely with production and marketing stakeholders to provide detailed pipeline feedback, prospect insights, and commercial positioning for each event product.
- Learn and implement the call process and internal sales methodology with consistency and discipline.
- Execute the sales strategy across multiple product lines, with accountability for territory, pipeline development, and revenue targets.
- Embrace sales training, coaching, and best-practice methodology with a growth mindset.
About You

- Polished, articulate phone presence and professional communication skills.
- Negotiation and objection handling skills.
- An interest in private markets and alternative investing would be an advantage but not essential.
