PEI Group is seeking a capable HR Generalist to join our US team, reporting to the Head of HR - US.

You will be the operational backbone for HR, handling employee relations and a broad set of HR processes across the US business, with a global context from London and Hong Kong.

This role covers policy, compliance, HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and lifecycle activities, with exposure to immigration, and a focus on an inclusive, ESG-friendly approach.
