The Senior Relationship Manager owns the end-to-end client lifecycle for PEI’s most strategic, highest-value accounts. It is accountable for long-term relationship strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, retention and new revenue growth across the portfolio, acting as the clients' trusted advisor and internal executive sponsors across products, brands and geographies.

Strategic Relationship Ownership

  • Own multi-year strategic account plans for a portfolio of top-tier clients, aligned to each client's business objectives and investment priorities.
  • Build senior and C-level relationships across the client organization, reaching beyond day-to-day users to economic buyers.
  • Act as executive sponsor and primary escalation point across the full client lifecycle.
  • Lead executive business reviews, demonstrating ROI against agreed success criteria.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption, utilization and embedded workflows across the client's teams.

Renewal & Commercial Leadership

  • Own end-to-end renewal strategy across the portfolio, with full accountability for retention, net revenue retention and portfolio growth targets.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations including multi-year agreements and co-termination structures.
  • Set pricing and packaging strategy for the portfolio in line with commercial policy and rate card, balancing client value with revenue outcomes.
  • Convert Client Engagement usage and satisfaction insight into renewal strategy.

Expansion & Growth

  • Identify and develop whitespace across products, brands and geographies, converting single-product relationships into enterprise partnerships.
  • Lead cross-sell and upsell strategy in collaboration with Client Sales Executives and BDRs, sequencing motions around renewal timing.
  • Sponsor the transition of significant new logos into long-term strategic relationships.
  • Feed client intelligence to Marketing and Product to shape propositions and roadmap priorities.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and coach Account Managers, sharing best practice on account planning, negotiation and relationship development.
  • Chair account planning sessions, orchestrating Sales, BDRs, Client Engagement and Marketing around the account strategy.

Data & Insights

  • Own retention risk management for the portfolio using account health metrics, usage data and NPS feedback.
  • Provide senior-level forecast accuracy on renewals, expansion and risk across the portfolio.
  • Identify churn risk early and lead intervention strategies, mobilizing senior stakeholders to resolve.

About You

Qualification & Experience

  • Proven track record managing strategic, enterprise accounts with strong focus on retention and expansion.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and multi-year contract structures.
  • Experience managing portfolio of accounts with accountability for net revenue retention.
  • Strong track record of C-level and executive engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
  • Proven success in account planning and strategic business review execution.
  • An interest in Private Markets and enthusiasm to learn more about the industry.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced negotiation and pricing strategy skills.
  • Proficiency in account planning, mapping and relationship development.
  • Ability to analyze usage data, account health metrics and NPS to drive strategy.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L for assigned portfolio.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data management (Dynamics 365 preferred).
