About The Role
PEI Group seeks a Client Relationship Executive responsible for post-sales sponsorship services for a portfolio of conferences. These industry-leading, global events attract up to 3,000 attendees. The role involves ensuring sponsors receive all necessary information and materials to have a first-class experience with PEI. Internally, it requires coordinating with various teams to deliver high-quality sponsor experiences efficiently. This is a commercial role focused on customer retention, reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, and collaborating with sales, production, marketing, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sponsor engagement during events, resolving issues, and meeting expectations.
- Managing onboarding processes, ensuring collection of key contacts, collateral, logos, and attendee details.
- Using CRM to maintain accurate sponsor and attendee records.
- Participating in sponsor meetings and conference calls.
- Collaborating with programming, marketing, operations, sales, and finance teams to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all event materials and reviewing final marketing content.
- Producing proposals, loading orders into CRM, and preparing briefing documents.
- Planning event layouts, scheduling workshops, and managing sponsor content delivery.
- Creating branding materials and supporting event promotion.
- Attending events to handle client queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Conducting post-event analysis and reporting.
