The marketing team will be strategic partners to the business, collaborating to design and deliver customer-centric, creative and high-performance programs which improve brand preference, engage more market professionals and underpin commercial success.

As part of the Digital Marketing Operations (DMO) team, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support our brand marketing teams in the UK and the US. You will be an expert partner, helping to publish and manage content across digital channels, executing SEO/AEO and keyword authority initiatives, supporting email marketing/automation, PPC and social campaigns. We are seeking someone analytical with a demonstrable understanding of website analytics such as HEAP and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Web collateral publishing and production: updating content sites with marketing pages, landing pages and content.
  • Digital production and support for our email marketing platforms: Marketo & SailThru.
  • Strategy and support on SEO/AEO for our 17 digital information platforms websites and events platform (peievents.com) ensuring they are fully optimized for best practice SEO/AEO and reporting back to key stakeholders on success and recommendations for improvements.
  • Work daily on our SEO/AEO tech-stack including Wordpress and Brightedge optimizing content across our websites.
  • Own and deliver CRO initiatives across our digital platforms, using data, testing and user insight to optimise journeys, improve engagement and increase lead and revenue conversion.
  • Work closely with external agencies, briefing, project managing and delivering improved organic search and AEO improvements.
  • Reporting and analysis for marketing channel performance using tools such as HEAP, Google Analytics, Oktopost, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, and Marketo. Present back to key stakeholders with recommendations for improvements.
  • Working with colleagues in Digital Marketing Operations on UAT testing for new product launches and email flows.

About You

  • 2+ years experience working in a marketing position within a similar B2B Business Intelligence/Information Services organisation.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Experience with a range of digital tools including HEAP, Google Analytics, Oktopost, BrightEdge, Semrush, Google Search Console, Marketo, Sailthru, Hubspot or similar/equivalent platforms.
  • Track record of working closely and efficiently with marketing colleagues, communicating effectively, developing and delivering programs to drive growth.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and educate peers and leaders in marketing and across the business.
  • Experience optimising conversion from organic and inbound traffic, ensuring increased visibility is matched by improved user journeys and conversion outcomes.
  • Excellent planning, project management and performance analysis skills; adept at multi-tasking, prioritisation and stakeholder reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting successful inbound and outbound marketing programmes resulting in increased demand, leads, and revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, technologies, tools and ways to improve efforts and outcomes including through emerging technologies e.g. AI.
  • A proactive approach to learning, exploring best practice, testing and implementing in the business, reporting results both at a tactic level and business impact level.
