How to prepare for a job interview at Pegasystems
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you brush up on privacy, AI, and cybersecurity laws relevant to the role. Familiarise yourself with recent developments in these areas, especially how they apply to SaaS/IaaS environments. This will not only help you answer questions confidently but also show your genuine interest in the field.
✨Showcase Your Experience
Prepare specific examples from your past work where you've successfully negotiated privacy and security issues. Highlight any experience you have with crafting legal language for contracts, as this is crucial for the role. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses.
