Picture Yourself at Pega

You will be at the forefront of C‑level transformation conversations, partnering with executives at a portfolio of named partners to architect and evangelize how Pega’s AI‑first platform can reshape complex enterprise scenarios and modern architectures.

Working together, you’ll drive partner practice innovation, customer expansion, and ACV growth—translating vision into action by designing and delivering partner‑powered solutions that inspire and operationalize AI in pragmatic, scalable ways.

You will operate fluidly across both sides of the partnership—driving technology innovation with partner CTOs while working with account‑level commercial teams on the business side to position Pega and unlock new opportunities.

Your approach is deeply hands‑on: you lead immersive workshops and hackathons that drive real behavioral change, equipping partners to adopt and champion modern, AI‑powered delivery.

  • Own and facilitate deep dive technical workshops and hands‑on hackathons, immersing partner teams in the latest innovations and capabilities (such as our latest UX architecture and AI innovations).
  • Address technology objections with authority—transforming skeptics into advocates through practical demonstration and collaborative problem‑solving.
  • Serve as a CTO‑level advisor to partner business and technical leaders, guiding and delivering compelling demos and proof‑of‑concept solutions that “prove by doing.”
  • Align partner and Pega GTM technical messaging—co‑create positioning assets that embed Pega into the partner’s GTM motions and deliver a consistent story to clients.
  • Build the Pega brand through thought leadership—represent Pega as a speaker and panelist at partner and industry events, growing the market profile of both the platform and its practitioners as trusted authorities on AI‑first transformation.
