An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Installation Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation delivering large-scale commercial and industrial solar PV projects across the UK.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Mechanical Engineers across the North of the UK, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time supporting engineers in the field, carrying out technical inspections, mentoring Lead Engineers and driving continuous improvement across the installation function.

Responsibilities include: Leading and developing Mechanical Installation Engineers across the Northern region.

Carrying out technical inspections and maintaining exceptional installation quality.

Supporting project delivery across multiple commercial solar PV installations.

Coaching and mentoring Lead Engineers to develop future talent.
