Pegasus is looking for a female drama practitioner to lead its creative learning project Looking Forward from September 2026. Looking Forward is Pegasus's inclusion project for girls aged 11-16 facing a range of challenges in their lives. Sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, self-esteem, and positive relationships with their peers. The project runs on Tuesday evenings during term-times.

Pegasus would like to hear from freelance drama facilitators that have a positive track record of delivering creative learning projects with young people, and with experience of working sensitively with participants that have been identified as being vulnerable. The sessions may use a variety of art forms, so Pegasus will consider creative practitioners with principal experience in a field other than drama, or cross arts experience.
