Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on high-profile developments with genuine variety and the opportunity to influence projects from inception through to completion?

I'm working with a growing, well-respected construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

You'll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £5m to £150m+, delivering both pre and post-contract services across residential, Build to Rent (PRS), PBSA, mixed-use and commercial developments.

You'll be responsible for delivering a full quantity surveying and cost management service, including:

  • Feasibility studies, cost planning and benchmarking
  • Tender documentation, analysis and contractor negotiations
  • Contract administration (predominantly JCT)
  • Valuations, variations, change control and final accounts
  • Providing commercial advice directly to clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.

  • Strong residential, PRS, PBSA, mixed-use and/or commercial project experience
  • Excellent pre and post-contract knowledge
  • Experience delivering projects from £5m to £150m+
  • Experience using CostX, Bluebeam and other industry software
