Pegasus Search & Selection is helping a growing construction consultancy appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead pre- and post-contract cost management across a portfolio of landmark developments.
You’ll manage feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement strategy and contractor negotiations on projects from £5m to £150m+, mentoring junior staff and delivering value to clients and stakeholders from inception through to completion.
