Are you an experienced recruiter in the built environment? Are you a consistent biller (north of £175,000 annually)? Here at Pegasus we have a growing and increasingly strong brand in the Built Environment Recruitment sector. We are looking for excellent and like-minded recruiters to join us.
A bit about us:
- Headquartered in Rawdon, NW Leeds, but operating UK wide and internationally.
- We're a friendly bunch; down to earth, like a laugh but are also committed to producing an excellent service for candidates and clients.
- We have low churn; people love working here!
- Very ethical business.
- We have all the bells and whistles you’d expect to allow you to do your job (cloud-based CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter licences and job slots, O365, job boards, etc).
- Strong social media presence, podcast, newsletter, etc., to ensure our brand is well known and trusted in the market.
- Free parking (at our office - whoever gets them first!, but also plenty of free street parking nearby).
But what about the money? We have a highly competitive commission structure compared to the market. We also offer excellent holidays - 25 days a year, plus bank holidays, plus we close for two weeks over the festive period! That’s over 40 days a year!
We also have a family-first attitude; many of us are parents and understand that it’s not all plain sailing!

- At least 3 years experience in an established or growing built environment discipline.
- To be a consistent biller (in excess of £175k of fees).
- You are a confident 360 recruiter.
