Multi-disciplinary consultancy with approximately 50 staff, primarily comprising Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flexible and growing consultancy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing Cost Assurance on commercial fit-out projects for a Government Agency working closely with and reviewing the outputs of main QS consultancies.
- Provide robust cost assurance for DWP commercial fit-out projects
- Prepare and present reports, identifying any discrepancies or risk areas
- Collaborate with internal project teams and stakeholders
