That means delivering better outcomes for their clients, helping their people to realise their potential, and doing their part to create a prosperous society. 4-Days Per Week in Hounslow and 1-Day Working from Home Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their busy and expanding, Project Management team focussing on Commercial Office Fit-Outs (Cat-A, Cat-B) as well some minor works projects Conducting background research, data collection and bench marking Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators Tracking and documenting changes Preparing written project communication materials Preparing formal project progress and other reports Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers Qualifications: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (4-5+ years experience minimum) working with a leading consultancy with a focus on Commercial Office Fit Outs projects (Cat-A, Cat-B Fit-Out / Occupier sector) Successfully delivering/ leading on projects and have some people management responsibilities (maybe 1-2 Graduate Project Managers) Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
