Opportunities Available:

Openings are available at both Risk Engineer and Senior Risk Engineer level to support major infrastructure programmes in London and the South East.

Role Overview:

These roles focus on the delivery of integrated risk management within complex infrastructure environments. Senior Risk Engineers will lead on strategic risk delivery and reporting. Risk Engineers will support the implementation of risk processes, modelling, and day-to-day data management.

Key Responsibilities (scaled by seniority):

• Apply and manage integrated risk frameworks across programmes and projects.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise threats, opportunities, and issues.
• Monitor risk trigger points to support effective budget and contingency planning.
• Analyse risk data to inform programme decision-making.
• Define, track, and report on mitigation actions and residual risk positions.
• Evaluate overall risk exposure against allocated budgets.
• Engage with delivery teams and suppliers to assess shared risks.
• Produce timely and accurate risk reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver Quantitative Cost Risk Assessments (QCRA) and Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessments (QSRA) to support contingency planning and programme forecasting.
• Use tools such as PRA, @Risk, or Safran for probabilistic modelling.
• Work with systems such as ARM, Predict, and Tableau to support data and reporting needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in risk management within UK infrastructure or capital delivery programmes.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including QCRA and QSRA.
• Skilled in risk tools and probabilistic modelling.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting findings to varied stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integrated risk, cost, and schedule processes.
• APM or IRM certification preferred.
• Senior-level applicants should demonstrate experience leading risk workstreams on complex programmes.
