The Role
Our client, a leading consultancy specialising in delivering complex, high-value projects, is seeking a Project Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of innovative and highly engineered data centre projects in the South West for a leading data centre developer. Said developer will be delivering hyper scale data centres with construction costs exceeding £100m.
About You
- MRICS (or equivalent professional qualification) is ideal but not essential.
- If you have no data centre experience then our client requires you have experience in delivering large sheds/automated warehouses is a MUST.
- Knowledge of construction processes, contracts (e.g., NEC/JCT).
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
