A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its expanding Midlands team.
The business delivers complex industrial, logistics and manufacturing projects for blue-chip developers and occupiers across the UK. This role offers the chance to take real ownership of projects, work closely with senior leaders, and build a long-term career within a consultancy that is investing heavily in growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to strengthen their consultancy experience, or step up in responsibility with a clear pathway toward Senior Project Manager.
The Role
- Deliver new build and fit-out projects across the manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and handover
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and reporting
- Manage programme, risk, quality and H&S in line with client and business expectations
- Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary consultant and contractor teams
- Support senior colleagues on larger or more complex schemes as required
About You
- Proven experience delivering construction projects within an industrial, logistics or commercial environment
- Background in consultancy or client-side project management
- Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Strong communication skills with confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline
- Working toward or interested in chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend site
