Bonus – own billing to start with but as the office grows will move to an office bonus structure. (They are open to locations as this will be a new office. Ideally not city centre but they are happy to discuss)

We’re working with a growing, director-led consultancy looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Building Surveyor into a Director-level role. - MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

- Comfortable delivering across the full project life cycle and balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
