Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our Loughborough office.

Conveniently located just five minutes' walk from Loughborough train station , our office is easily commutable from

Leicester, Nottingham and Derby .

The Opportunity

This isn't a high-volume recruitment role.

Instead, you'll become a specialist within the construction consultancy market, working with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Building Surveyors across the Midlands and beyond.

You'll build genuine relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor within your market while developing your own desk and earning uncapped commission.

Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're far more interested in people who understand the construction industry and enjoy building relationships.

  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
