We’re working with a consultancy delivering a major civils programme in Suffolk to find Commercial Managers at both junior and senior levels. The focus is on enabling and infrastructure works in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where commercial clarity makes all the difference.
This is a hands-on, site-facing role with a requirement to be on site in Suffolk three days per week. You’ll be working closely with delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep the commercial aspects of the project on track. Responsibilities include:
- Administering NEC3 contracts from start to finish
- Processing payment applications and managing compensation events
- Handling change control, early warnings, and contract correspondence
- Supplier engagement and performance reviews
- Cost forecasting and supporting commercial assurance
