The Role
As QS Director, you'll lead and develop the Cost Management team while driving sustainable business growth across the West Midlands and beyond. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Cost Management service line and setting its strategic direction.
- Developing new business opportunities through your existing network and client relationships.
- Growing key accounts while identifying opportunities across existing clients.
- Providing leadership, mentoring and development to a high-performing Cost Management team.
- Taking ownership of the commercial performance of the division.
