The Opportunity
A fast-growing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its expanding Midlands team. The business delivers project management, cost consultancy, technical advisory and design coordination services across a diverse sector portfolio, including healthcare, residential, education, commercial and public sector schemes. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to strengthen their senior delivery capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager ready to step up into a broader leadership role within a business that is scaling quickly and investing in its people.
The Role
You will lead projects from inception through to completion, working closely with internal multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Manage projects through feasibility, design, procurement and delivery stages
- Act as the primary client interface on allocated schemes
- Oversee programme, risk, cost and quality management
- Coordinate consultant and contractor teams
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational development within the business
About You
- Consultancy, client-side or contractor project management experience
- Exposure across multiple sectors (healthcare, residential, education, commercial or public sector desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware with sound understanding of risk and programme management
- Experience administering or working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
