A Commercial Manager is required to lead post-contract commercial activity on a major infrastructure programme in London. The role includes line management of two Commercial Managers and full responsibility for commercial delivery across a portfolio of complex works. Candidates must have solid post-contract experience under NEC contracts, with a strong track record of managing compensation events, assessing entitlement, and agreeing final accounts. A detailed understanding of cost drivers and the ability to produce accurate and timely cost reports is essential. The role will also involve close collaboration with the contractor’s commercial team - reviewing methodology and design proposals to mitigate risk and avoid unnecessary cost escalation.
Key Responsibilities
