The Opportunity
A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is making a key senior appointment within its West Midlands leadership team. This new Director-level position is designed for an ambitious Building Surveying professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role driving client relationships, business development, and team growth within a high-performing consultancy environment. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the regional Building Surveying offering, supported by the wider business infrastructure and a trusted national brand. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Building Surveying function across the West Midlands region.
- Take ownership of client engagement, business development, and project delivery.
- Develop new relationships while maintaining and expanding key client accounts.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level surveyors, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
- Work closely with Project Management, Cost, Architecture, and MEP divisions to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.

- Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director / Director seeking a leadership step.
