This new Director-level position is designed for an ambitious Building Surveying professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role driving client relationships, business development, and team growth within a high-performing consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Building Surveying function across the West Midlands region.
- Take ownership of client engagement, business development, and project delivery.

- Work closely with Project Management, Cost, Architecture, and MEP divisions to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
