Associate Director – Cost ManagementLocation: MidlandsSalary: Up to £85,000 (flexible for the right individual)Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The OpportunityAn established consultancy with a strong national presence is looking to appoint an Associate Director in its Midlands cost management team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role – ideal for someone who thrives on leading client relationships, developing teams, and influencing business growth from the inside.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Client Account Leadership – Acting as a senior contact across key infrastructure clients, maintaining long-term relationships that go beyond individual projects.

  • Business Development – Working alongside directors to identify opportunities, support bids, and grow market share in the region.
