We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and inspiring Nursery Practitioner & Transition Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to play a key role in making their nursery experience happy, nurturing and full of exciting learning opportunities. What will you be doing? As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be part of a supportive team creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You'll help children explore, play, learn and develop their independence — while making plenty of memories along the way! As our Transition Lead, you'll have a special role in supporting children as they settle into our setting and then onto school. You'll help make these important changes feel exciting and reassuring, working closely with children, families and colleagues to ensure each transition is as smooth and positive as possible. Your role will include: ? Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play and everyday experiences. ? Helping to create fun, engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS. ? Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. ? Supporting children with their individual needs and helping them develop confidence and independence. ? Taking the lead on transition planning and helping children prepare for their next stage. ? Working closely with families and the wider team to share information and celebrate children's progress. ? Supporting observations, assessments and children's next steps. ? Promoting safeguarding, inclusion, health and safety at all times. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is: ?
