Role Overview
We seek an experienced, immediately available Property Manager to support our Customer Operations team. The role involves managing property portfolios, overseeing budgets, maintenance, compliance, customer relations, and team management, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership and team management at multiple sites.
- Ensuring building compliance and maintaining regulatory documentation.
- Collaborating with procurement for service contracts and quality assurance.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conducting site inspections and managing maintenance and compliance issues.
- Contributing ideas for service improvement and customer journey enhancement.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have property management experience across multiple sites, strong health & safety knowledge, report writing skills, and leadership experience. Qualifications such as IRPM are preferred. A full UK driving license and own vehicle are essential.
