About our role:
- As a Sales Advisor at Jesmond Assembly you will blend high‑end sales skills with empathy, guiding potential residents through a lifestyle of independence and luxury.
Driving Sales & Luxury Experience:
- Manage the full sales funnel from enquiry and bespoke tours to reservation and legal completion.
- Articulate the Jesmond Assembly lifestyle, highlighting the lounge, terraces and guest suites.
- Guide families through flexible purchase options – Rental, Rent‑to‑Buy and Part‑Exchange.
Local Networking & Business Growth:
- Build reciprocal partnerships with local estate agents and community groups.
- Create leads through local marketing and networking events.
- Conduct viewings of resale apartments and provide market feedback to keep the portfolio competitive.
Brand Ambassadorship and Insight:
- Maintain the CRM with meticulous detail, ensuring leads are qualified and re‑engaged at the right moment.
- Ensure the sales office and show homes meet impeccable standards.
- Deliver clear weekly insights on the sales pipeline, reservation status and emerging market trends.
About you:
- Experienced property sales professional with a proven track record in high‑end sales or lettings.
- Natural closer who thrives on achieving sales targets; highly developed negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with modern technology; aptitude to embrace new digital tools.
- Polished, professional manner; able to articulate the Pegasus lifestyle to diverse stakeholders.
- Empathy and patience to build trust with customers and their families.
