️ Pegasus Gym – Sales Receptionist (Evenings)
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Weekday evenings, 5:00pm onwards
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Pegasus Gym is a vibrant, high-energy facility offering top-spec equipment, a combat zone, boutique studio classes, and a welcoming community. We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
About the Role
This is not just a desk job – we need someone who can combine great customer service with a strong sales drive. You’ll be the first face our members and visitors see, so you’ll need to bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Selling memberships, personal training packages, and other gym services
- Providing tours of the facility to potential members
- Managing front desk operations, including bookings and payments
- Ensuring reception area and communal spaces remain tidy and welcoming
Requirements
- Strong fitness knowledge and understanding of gym environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working towards sales targets
- Proficient with basic computer systems and booking software
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
