We are looking for a skilled in-house Recruitment Advisor to join our recruitment team at our Lichfield office. We need an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to help attract, select, and onboard top talent in the industry. What Are We Looking
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a recruiting role (within the built environment would be advantageous)
- An understanding of recruitment best practice and legislation.
- With a passion for recruitment and a focus on results you will be: proactive, accountable and responsible for delivery with a strong stakeholder service.
- Experience working in a fast paced, busy environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and keeping them all informed on progress.
- Experience of 360 recruitment is essential.
